7" x 21" original daily newspaper comic strip art from 1/28/1957

Dudley Fisher's Myrtle Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 1-28-57 (King Features Syndicate, copyright 1957). Fisher's smart-alecky kid-strip Myrtle -- a spinoff from his epic-scale Sunday-funnies page, Right around Home. When Fisher died in 1951, his assistant Bob Vittur drew the strip, which continued until it was dropped in 1964.
The strip is complete and in VERY GOOD condition with some overall wear and waterstains. Ink and Zipatone shading film over graphite on Bristol board with some adhesive staining.
