CD ROM for PCs. Tested and works fine. You need to download a Media Player which is free (if you don't already have). CD has drop down menu for about 8 subjects including juggling scarves, balls, rings and plastic pins. Also a video on expert juggling, bios of performers and product listing - but these products you'd buy elsewhere. Jugging, for example, with balls, begins with one, then two, then more. You are shown the moves to practice at each level - understandable and comprehensive. A superb starter CD for young and old alike. Plays perfectly although I couldn't adjust the sound (several music backgrounds to select) - could only turn on or off - so made sound adjustment on the operating ssytem volume control. I believe this was produced in Y 2002 - comes in plain plastic cd jewelcase.
