The Statuette is Handmade and hand painted. One-of-a-Kind. Ebisu is a kami of happiness, luck, and abundant harvests from land and sea. He is one of the Shichi Fuku Jin, the Japan's Seven Gods of Good Fortune. Ebisu is guardian of the morning sun. Ebisu is bounteous entity, he brings complete and abundant financial success. Merchants and shopkeepers often create altars to honoring Ebisu. Ebisu can be invoked to safeguard the health of young children. Ebisu is also the patron God and the guardian of the chefs and their restaurants. Should you ever be unfortunate enough to suffer food poisoning, he is the entity to invoke for help. Restaurants are frequently named in Ebisu's honor, especially restaurants specializing in fugu, the potentially toxic fish and high-priced Japanese delicacy.
