Elkhart Brass 8598 Electric Extender for Water Cannon/Monitor 3" VIC / 3" Flange Inlcudes all wiring and the controller shown in pictures. I believe it's complete, but if you don't see something pictured it's not included. New / never installed. This is without original packaging. The box this came with was in very rough shape and this has been sitting on a shelf some time with the box open. Unit was very dusty from sitting around. I did clean it up for the most part, but as you can see in pics there is still some dusty in the corners / cracks / bolt heads etc.
