This necklace I would call a flapper necklace. It is one continuous string of beads that appear to be of a metal that has been painted, or enameled, in green. It has a hanging length of 26 inches. The chain is double that in length but is one continuous string. It does not react to a magnet. It is in good condition for such a very old piece. There are no obvious kinks or scratches. I have worn it doubled and I have also worn it long over a turtleneck and knotted it. I don't know much about it because I never saw my relative wear it so I never asked questions about it.
