The customer will need to contact us right away if there are any issues with the order. We allow up to 3 days after the customer has received the item (based on the delivery date) to make return/exchange requests. Damages: If an item is damaged please contact us ASAP. We need you to submit 2-3 photos when you get in touch with us. A full refund will be processed within 7 business days via Paypal or Stripe. Exchanges: After we receive your exchange request, please send the original item to the address below. Once we receive your item we will begin processing the new order. New orders can take 3-7 days to process and 7-20 days in transit (based on the location it may take longer). We ask that customers email us in advance if they would like to do a return/exchange at fabianineshop@gmail.com and send all returns to the address below.
