The movement was sonically cleaned then oiled and the chain has a copper looking color. We reinforced the back end of the bellows so it will last for a long time to come. The Regula 25 1 day movement is coded-H- and the conditions show to be a 2016 production. The back door has the genuine made in the Black Forest of Germany seal. This little clock only measures appx. 9 inches high by 7 inches across and about 5 inches deep. Comes with easy set up instructions and a 3 page article about Cuckoo clock origins.
