Cards are from the Atlas editions motorcycle subscriptions set that came out in the early 90s. Only way to get these cards were through a subscription. It was not available in Stores. EXCELSIOR 1914 and 1916 Motorcycles card set Cards might have some minor wear but is in good condition. On the back of each card it gives a bio and specifications of that motorcycle including engine size, speed, transmission type, hp, max speed and other info.
