See photos. The binding has come apart alot which has causes a lot of pages to become loose and hang over the end of the book. I cant say for sure if any pages have been lost. It seems like its all there. The only real issue is the edge of the pages the actual pages themselves are readable and dont have issues. See photos for condition.
The look makes it feel old like it is.
