French West Africa Mint Stamp Sheets 50c 10c Colonial Issues French Colonies Offered here are two original French West Africa (Afrique Occidentale Francaise) mint stamp sheets: 50c red sheet ? full sheet with colonial landscape design, some edge wear and one area of perforation damage (see photos for details). 10c black sheet ? partial mint sheet featuring mounted cavalry design, clean gum, no major faults. These sheets are mint never hinged (MNH) except for the noted damage on the 50c sheet. Original gum is intact on all stamps. A beautiful example of French colonial philately ? great for collectors or resale. Condition: Mostly MNH with original gum. One panel of the 50c sheet has damage (see close-up photo).
