The top of the watch is gold layered over stainless steel; case back is screw back stainless steel. Gold top is a solid thick layer of gold (10K or 14K here) atop Stainless Steel--superior to Gold Filled. Watch features a new rich color brown genuine Crocodile band--good for wrists from 6.5 to 7.5 in. Generic gold tone buckle. Signed Three Times: Movement, Dial and inside caseback.
