It is in good condition, with only some light surface scratches on it on the feet. It is made of a beige polyester woven material, with some variations in the color, giving it a slight gray tinge. It has no tears, but does have a few very light stains that are almost un-detectable. I am unsure of its age or origins but it is a contemporary style. It is full size and measures 33" tall at the back, 38" front to back, 76.5" long across back, and 87" long across the arms. It is a very nice, contemporary sofa in a great neutral color and wonderful condition.
