I tried it on just to see the size and it just fit me, I'm 6'0 and 175 lbs. It'd probably be best for someone an inch or 2 shorter.
Made of mesh fabric and very heavy hard plastic.
Sure this could be used for male or female costumes as I haven't been able to find an exact match for this. Tag just says XL. Back zips all the way down to waste and up over and around neck. If you have further questions please ask.
