This is a Halloween novelty beanie with a plastic butcher knife attached, designed to look like you've got it lodged in your noggin. The stretchy knit cap is black and has red streaks of fake blood on it, and the 12" plastic knife also has blood painted on it. This was worn for one Halloween and is in excellent condition.
