This is a hand gesture figure, with the thumb and first finger forming a o shape. No idea the background of this item and is unmarked as far as I can see. The symbol traditionally stood for OK, but in the now, later times, a symbol for something potentially much different. Ideas are all over the place from a light hearted ok, to something much more sinister involving clubs or a sign that is hidden in plain sight. Now a days, most things have double meanings, something so innocent, may not be. Could have been a award given, within a organization, or a trophy of some sort. Who knows. Is a stand alone hand gesture, made of metal of some sort I think, looks like bronze color over aluminum or a silver type metal, but could also be a resin of some sort. No guarantees.
