I created this necklace using offset drilled African Amber nuggets, 3 mm and puffed elongated oval malachite beads, green seed beads and sterling silver findings including 4 mm bears and a hook and eye clasp. The overall length is 23". The malachite beads are graduated as are the free form amber nuggets. The amber nuggets vary from about 3/4" to 1 1/2" x 1/2" to 7/8" x 3/16" to 3/8". I drilled the center amber nugget side to side and the other nuggets front to back. This gives the necklace an even more original look I added green seed beads between the malachite beads and the amber nuggets to make them really stand out.
