Item description
Offered are various used parts for a Hoover F5865 carpet cleaner. All of the parts have signs of use, as they are not new. Two of the items have damage or missing parts that will not truly affect the operation in use and are noted as follows:
The solution tank cap has a chip off one of the three protrusions used for removing or replacing the cap and is noted in the photos.
The recovery tank has one missing latch hook on the right hand side when the tank is facing forward in the machine; it is also noted in the photos. A buyer could install their right hand hook from their defective solution tank.
The carpet cleaner did function. It dispensed water from the solution tank and contained the waste water, but the motor had bad bearings and a cracked nozzle so I parted it out.
None of these parts are available from Hoover anymore. I have done my best to clean and inspect them. Please carefully look at the photos to assure that the part matches yours.
