The new parts are OEM IR or CP from either IR or CP or from an IR or CP manufacturing contractor. These parts with proper ordering are guaranteed to fit and work. These fit IR MLK and HLK hoists and would fit any IR hoist calling for this part number. UNHEARD OF 90 DAY, FROM THE PURCHASE DATE LIMITED WARRANTY!!
