The image features an interior shot of Aunt Morgan James (Joan Blondell) and Johnny Valenzo (Ric Roman) as they watch young Elizabeth (Eleanor Parker), who suffers from multiple personality disorder, trying to get her mother's (Dorothy Arnold) attention.
