The goggles are flat inside the carry case.
You will have to pull out the silicone sides in order for them to be full size.
There is an adjustment on them as well for focusing.
Head strap is adjustable with Velcro.
Kids with smaller heads will need the lenses closer together for a clear and sharp view.
