Due to the nature of merchandise sold at Artify_Jewel we do not accept returns and no exchanges or refunds will be given for purchases. If an Item is found to be damaged upon delivery, Buyer must report any damages within 5 days of delivery. We may ask that some items be returned to Artify_Jewel, prior to submitting an Insurance Claim. Seller will pay for the return shipping. Artify_Jewel will provide Buyer with updates received from Insurance Company while claim is being processed.

Artify_Jewel will work under the guidelines and timelines set by USPS, or other applicable facility, for processing any insurance claim. Proof of damage may be requested by shipping carrier, therefore Buyer is asked to keep original package and contents until notified otherwise; failure to adhere to these instructions could interfere with an insurance claim being processed, and or paid.
Artify_Jewel is not responsible for giving a refund of any kind,including any claim that is denied, for any reason, by USPS or other shipping carrier. Only Merchandise Damaged while in transit to buyer will be accepted for filing an insurance claim. When an Insurance claim refund is received it will be disbursed to buyer (minus any applicable refund of shipping cost paid by Seller) All other purchases are final.
