Box is in decent shape with normal shelf wear around the corners and a little dog-eared on the the top tab. Cassette is nice and clean, pre-viewed for quality and had some real quick lines at about 5 minutes before the end. Otherwise it played great on my Sony deck. Out Of Print (OOP) in all formats and no longer being manufactured. Billy Crystal is the brutish showbiz agent Sammy, who accidently stumbles onto Gheorghe Muresan's (Romanian born NBA player) Max. The gentle Max is at peace in the monestary; but Sammy, being an agent, quickly finds a way to make money off of him. Max is talked into a movie career so he can reunite with his childhood crush Lillianna (Joanna Pacula). The odd couple schtick is milked until bone dry, and then the sentimentality floodgates open when it's discovered that Max has a serious medical condition. Warning: Although presented as a family film, unless you want to recreate that whole "Why did Bambi's mom have to die?" scene (with you as the parent this time), you might want to reconsider showing this movie to small children.
