Boil chicken in boiling water, when cooked remove chicken. Drain and leave to cool for shredding chicken meat. 2. Heat cooking oil and fry onions with ginger until golden brown. 3. Add 4 1/2 litres water or stock (after boiling chicken) and add Mak Siti Sup Soto Spices Powder. 4. Add in the shredded chicken meat, bean sprouts, fried bean curds and ketupat cubes, let simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes. 5. Add in salt to taste. 6. Garnish with celery leaves, spring onions, hard boiled eggs (halves), lime (halves) and crispy fried shallots.
