Brand new item sealed in original box. The stand measures 43" tall with out the sign. With the sign it measures 50". The arms can either hang on one side together to the right or left. If you need to hang a larger bag simply place one arm on the opposite side. The space in-between if the 2 arms are together measures approximately 15 1/2''. The base is weighted and weighs 8 lbs. and measures just shy of 12" X 12". The bottom of base has rubber feet to prevent base from sliding. The finish has been powder coated and is black. Instructions and hardware are included. The sign is approximately 14 1/4 " long X 8 1/2" tall. The sign is just as pictured but the sticker on each side can be easily removed as shown or simply place your own advertisement on top of existing.
