Old lady was ninety nine years of age - had been bed ridden for fifteen months but was very pleased to be propped up in bed long enough to have her picture made.She still reads the daily newspapers to keep up with the war.Is a very kindly old soul and so sorry she is a burden on her relatives.Actual photo with out matting measures 10 1/2 by 13 1/4 inches.Original matting has a little damage to upper right corner,and the other corners also have some rounding, as can be seen in the photos.This could be remedied with another Matt that has a slightly larger opening to cover all but a half inch border, so the original title can still be seen.
