New without tags, this Utotebag is ready for you to use. It can be used as a computer bag or large purse. Although this is new stock there does seem to be an imperfection on one side of the straps where the black has come off during storage. Please see the picture reflecting this imperfection. It measures 20" w X 12" high and can expand out to 5-6". The straps are adjustable and there is a padded compartment inside for a laptop.
