Beforehand, you may apply lotion or petrolium jelly to the skin on ears, forehead, and neck to minimize skin staining. 3. Wait 20-40 minutes. 4. Wash with a pH shampoo. Massage and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. 5. Apply included Hair Conditioner. Massage for 2 minutes and rinse again.
