May fit M as closer fit. No size tag. Dress measures 19" underarm to underarm, 16" across waist, will stretch an inch, 20" across at hips. So 38/32/40 but keep in mind you would not want to wear this fitted. 32" long. 17" shoulders. Belt is not original to dress. Material is soft polyester blend or similar.
