It says K B, P.H.C. on it, on the front within the enameling. It is in very good condition, with only light wear, and a good amount of tarnishing and staining on the back. I am unsure of the age or origins of the pin, or what the initials on the front stand for, or of the actual gold content in it, if any. The pin is a small one, and is only .5” in diameter.
