It is a votive holder on one end, and when turned upside down, is a candlestick holder. It is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks, although it is a little dusty and has some wax remnant on it, so it will need to be washed. I am unsure of the age or origins of the piece. It is 3” tall, 4” in diameter on the votive side, and 3” in diameter on the candlestick side. It is a very nice, multi-purpose candle holder.
