If you were size 36 would fit but would have to pull cord inside more tightly. Shorts have pull cords inside. Two front cargo pockets, two front each side pockets, one back pocket, inseam 12 inches, Made of 86% Polyester, 14% Elasthannie. Lying flat measurement from top across 16 inches. The two Cargo pockets and one back pocket have flap over closures. Nike word in orange stitching and orange inside around waist and bit on pockets. No holes, rips or tears. Please see picture.
