Case is in good condition. Case has some scratches from use. And I see some tape residue damage on top. Most of them are around the edges. It is clean inside. Case will protect your lens from moisture and impact damage. I would rate it an 8, on a scale from 1 to 10. Please note that case was made for Nikon manual focus Nikkor series lenses.
