Not only did the original purchaser need to win a lottery in order to have the opportunity to purchase this piece, they also hd it personalized at the direction of the purchaser to commemerate the wedding of artist to his wife Eva. While there are rarer Olszewski pieces, none are more personal than this. Strictly limited, this piece is inscribed 18 / 100 Olszewski on the base.
