are bidding on a nice, oddball original 1935 appointment certificate to Robert S Wynn to be an aid on the staff of the Kentucky Governor and signed by the governor Ruby Laffron. 11 inches wide, 17 inches tall. Nice shape, rolled and light edge wear, needs to be flattened and seal is coming loose as shown, cool piece to frame. Zoom in for details.
