Item description

Our Lady of Guadalupe Holy Cards ? by Sue Kouma Johnson ? pack of 10/100/1000 PLEASE NOTE: Orders of 300 Holy Cards or more may be on backorder. If you need a large order of cards by a certain date, please reach out and confirm that we have the amount you need on hand."Am I not here who am your mother? Do I not hold you in the crossing of my arms?" -The Virgin Mary to St Juan Diego in 1531.Set of 10 or 100 or 1000 holy cards, measuring 2.75 x 4.25 inches each. Good, matte-finish card stock. A beautiful prayer by Pope Saint John Paul II is on the back. The image of Our Lady of Guadalupe appeared miraculously on the cloak of Juan Diego, a simple indigenous peasant, on the hill of Tepeyac near Mexico City on December 12, 1531. Today it is displayed in the Basilica of Guadalupe nearby, the most visited Catholic shrine in the world. Pope John Paul II declared her Patroness of the Americas. She is also the Patroness of the Unborn. What a tender mother is Our Lady of Guadalupe! I love her and Our Lady of Fatima!I painted my version in acrylics and colored pencil on paper. The original was approximately 7 x 11 inches, and is owned by one of my best friends, who commissioned it from me.Prints and jewelry made with this image are also available in this shop. Thanks for your interest, SueMaterials: digital print, white card stock (description exceeds maximum possible length)
