We have not tested every feature of the camera but we are confident that they will work. If any problems happen to arise, we accept free hassle free returns for a full refund. This sale is for the camcorder only. No battery/chargers/cases or any other accessories included! Units will have some scuffing/writing/stickers on the unit but nothing egregious.
