Original Frame - Hand Signed
PEARL M FINK (19th and 20th Century) was a California artist who resided in Oakland California. She was active from the 1940s though the early 1960s and usually painted in oil on canvas, or oil on board. She often chose landscapes, and painted somewhat in the style of James Merriam.
