He is the first artist to draw the above characters and also is the co-creator and first artist to draw Ghost Rider in Marvel Spotlight #5. Ploog worked for and was influenced by Will Eisner and his other work includes Planet of the Apes, Kull the Conqueror, Conan, Vampirella, and providing storyboard art and design work for several movies, including Superman II, Ghostbusters, Little Shop of Horrors, Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, and Return to Oz.
