She is best remembered as the founder (in 1912) and an editor until her death of Poetry: A Magazine of Verse. Morton Dauwen Zabel (1901-1964) was an American academic and literary critic. He worked for Poetry: A Magazine of Verse and rose to become the editor-in-chief from 1936 to 1937. He taught at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro from 1944 - 1946, then at University of Chicago from 1947 until 1964. Hardcover has salmon colored paper boards, but no dust jacket.
