Extremely rare, beautiful and unique this stunning piece features a lovely, wistful (and perhaps wind-blown) young woman standing in front of two tree stumps. The top of each stump has holes to receive flower stems and to add water. The stump to her right holds seven and the stump to her left holds five. Marked "Polomeme" on the bottom of the piece. Our research indicates this particular piece was made by Mrs. Susan Conrad, who also worked at KMA Radio in Iowa. An amazing piece of functional art that is equally stunning with or without flowers.
