Item description
This very rare and highly collectible Zuni squash
blossom necklace was handcrafted by renowned Native American silversmith Ashbury Gasper. It features the iconic Sun Face design, symbolizing harmony and
balance in Zuni culture, and is exquisitely crafted in sterling silver with
inlaid mother of pearl, turquoise, coral, and jet.
Each blossom is beautifully formed like a petaled flower
with intricate inlay work. The naja (crescent-shaped centerpiece) echoes the
same pattern and is stamped with Annie Gasper's hallmark on the reverse.
