It is an assembly line leftover that has never been installed and is in like new condition. It is GM part number 85021466. GM says it can also be used in place of 84805427, 85155684 and 86823151. Match one of these to your part number to ensure compatibility! Seriously!! You would use this if yours needs replaced. (Missing, damaged, etc.) Instructions for installation are not included. You shouldn't be attempting repairs/installs if you're not qualified.
