This is a Rare Disney Rubber Stampede Mickey Mouse mounted rubber stamp. The image is Mickey Mouse with hand up by his face like he's shouting "look here." The image sticker on top does have some scratches/wear but the rubber is excellent. There is minimal residue on the rubber stamp but no ink on the wood.
