History unknown, we did not further research the error or what it may take to resolve, selling for parts as is. Charges up and holds charge Has a micro SD card that we plugged in another computer reader and it shows "Admin Netbook 280" Physically looks to have had little if any use Keyboard detaches so you can buy for that alone if needed.
