Item description
In good working condition. No accessories other than what is shown in the photographs. See pictures for cosmetic condition of item and box. Any metal parts that are included may have rust damage-see pics. I can not get the one wheel cover to snap on the wheels correctly-see pics. It keeps popping off. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong but I didn't want to force it.
