PRE-OWNED NO PACKAGE ROWDY RASCAL RACCOON SCRATCH PAD TOY WITH SOUND The Rowdy Rascal is pre-owned with no package but it was opened and I was told that the owner's cat never used it and stayed away from it. So please look at the pictures. It looks right out of the pakcage with no wear. It makes a raccoon sound and other noises. But it does 2 roccoon sounds and then 2 thump sounds.
