Return & Refund Policy
• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Return Process: Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged item).
• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
