Cogswell and Charles A. Spano, Jr. It was preceded by Spock Must Die! (1970), and Mission to Horatius (1968). However, Mission was intended for young readers. The victim of a cruel experiment, Commander Spock renounces the U.S.S. Enterprise, becomes the messiah of the planet Kyros, and launches a holy war on the rest of the world. The book is complete and in VERY GOOD condition with some overall wear that includes some light cover soiling, some cover edge wear and light creases. There is a small stamp on the top edge of the closed book pages. (see pictures)
