Heavy duty nylon cylinder press for Enterprise 6 and 8 quart sausage stuffers. Use the heavy shim with the steel plate and press the meat into the casings with minimal escaping from the top of the cylinder. This is the larger of the sizes that are made. We also have the shim for smaller 2 and 4 qt cast Enterprise stuffers.
