Here we have a new Sicame TTD1010 FB insulation piercing wire tap connector. These are also called insulation displacement connectors. These connectors can be used with both copper and aluminum wire. The run slot will accommodate wire from 1/0 to #8. The tap slot will accept wire from #2 to #10. The connector is tightened with one bolt. It can be used on systems up to 600 volts.
